The Xiaomi 12T, launched on October 6, 2022, features a sleek design with dimensions of 163.1 mm in height, 75.9 mm in width, and 8.6 mm in depth. It weighs a moderate 202 grams. The device is not foldable, and available color options include Silver, Black, and Blue. The front of the phone is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. Screen Quality

Camera Performance

The Xiaomi 12T features a triple rear camera setup. The primary camera is a 108MP Samsung HM6 sensor with an f/1.7 aperture, 0.64µm pixel size (1-9 pixel binning), and a 1/1.67" sensor size, this main sensor also has OIS. The secondary camera is an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens using a Samsung S5K4H7 sensor (1/4") with f/2.2 aperture, and 1.12µm pixel size. The third is a 2MP macro lens (GalaxyCore GC02M1 sensor, 1/5" sensor) with a f/2.4 aperture and 1.75µm pixel size.

The Xiaomi 12T launches with Android 12, but is upgradable to Android 14. The device is powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 8100 Ultra (5 nm) chipset. The CPU is an octa-core processor with 4x2.85 GHz Cortex-A78 cores and 4x2.0 GHz Cortex-A55 cores. The GPU is a Mali-G610 MC6. The phone has 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB or 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, with no SD card slot available. The device also has a cooling system to mitigate heat generated during intense workloads. The phone includes an under-display fingerprint sensor, accelerometer, gyro, proximity sensor, compass, and a color spectrum sensor.

Battery Performance

The Xiaomi 12T is equipped with a 5000 mAh Li-Polymer battery. It supports 120W fast charging, and charging is done via USB Type-C. The phone does not support wireless charging.
