Software Experience

The Realme 6 Pro ships with Android 10, with an upgrade path to Android 11. The user interface is Realme UI, providing a customized experience over stock Android.

Battery Performance

The phone is equipped with a 4300mAh Li-Polymer battery. It supports 30W fast charging and comes with a non-removable battery design. Wireless charging is not available.

It lacks a notification LED and a dedicated cooling system. The device includes sensors such as fingerprint, proximity, light sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope, geomagnetic, and magnetometer.

Connectivity

The Realme 6 Pro includes NFC support, USB Type-C 2.0 with OTG, and features Dual SIM Dual Standby (Nano SIM + Nano SIM). Wi-Fi includes 802.11a/b/g/n/ac with dual-band, hotspot, Direct, Display, and MIMO functionalities. It uses Bluetooth 5.1 LE with A2DP, EDR, HID, LE and APT-x. GPS support is comprehensive including GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, GPS (L1+L5), and NavIC systems. 4G LTE, 3G, and 2G bands are also supported. The USB port supports charging, mass storage, and OTG functionality. It does not support USB host or display port.

The Realme 6 Pro is positioned in the high price range. Its 6GB/128GB configuration is listed at around $539.00. The phone offers a 90Hz display, a capable Snapdragon 720G chipset, and a versatile camera system, making it a reasonable value proposition for the price. The device is available in multiple RAM and ROM configurations across different markets.
