If I were choosing between these two phones, I would choose the Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro. The difference in display quality (AMOLED vs IPS), performance (especially the AnTuTu score), camera capabilities, and charging speed are too significant to ignore. Although it is more expensive, I believe the enhanced user experience, superior screen, faster processor, higher quality camera system and faster charging are worth the extra cost. The Note 13 Pro also offers better build quality, longer software support and Dolby Atmos making it a great phone for the long run. While the Redmi Note 9T is a capable device for budget users, the Note 13 Pro is a clear overall winner in terms of a modern smartphone experience with long term support, which is what I value.
