My Choice

If I had to choose between these two phones, I would pick the Sony Xperia 10 III. While the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T has some compelling advantages, including a bigger battery and a higher AnTuTu score, these are not my key priorities. My primary preferences lean toward a compact form factor that is easier to handle, coupled with a high-quality OLED display for vibrant and clear visuals which the Sony offers. The inclusion of a telephoto and wide-angle lens also enhances its camera versatility, which is very important to me.

While I acknowledge the Redmi Note 9T’s superior performance and battery life could be attractive to other users, for my personal usage, the better display, better camera and superior comfort and handling of the Sony Xperia 10 III win out. Although the Sony is the more expensive of the two, the OLED screen and enhanced camera versatility more than make up for the increased cost.
