While I appreciate the Redmi Note 10S's larger battery and lower price, the overall user experience is significantly better with the S22 5G. The faster performance, superior display (especially the 120Hz refresh rate), and more advanced camera system make it a much better phone for everyday use, as well as for more demanding tasks. As a someone who uses my phone heavily for productivity, media consumption, and photography, the S22 5G fits my needs better. Although the battery is smaller and it may require more frequent charging, the premium features and capabilities outweigh the battery difference for me. In particular, the quality of images from the S22 is excellent and the video recording capabilities are superior with features like 8K recording and OIS. Furthermore the additional features such as wireless charging and eSIM capability are also useful in everyday scenarios.
Therefore, for my personal use case and preferences, the Samsung Galaxy S22 5G would be my chosen device.
