My Choice
I would choose the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S.
While the Realme C53 has a larger screen and a smoother refresh rate, the Xiaomi's significantly better AMOLED display, more powerful processor, and vastly superior camera system are more important for my needs. The Xiaomi also provides a better sensor suite, and better audio experience. The Realme sacrifices a lot of key features for a larger display and a newer OS, which are not enough to sway me in its favour.
The superior performance and camera quality of the Xiaomi make it the more practical and versatile device for everyday tasks, gaming, and media consumption, and is therefore my top choice.
