I would choose the Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro.
While the Redmi Note 10 is a perfectly serviceable budget phone, the Redmi Note 13 Pro is a much more compelling device for most users given its greatly improved screen, performance, camera, charging speed and overall experience. The 120Hz display alone is a huge upgrade for day-to-day use, and the significantly faster processor will make the phone feel snappier and more responsive. The camera improvements are very compelling, and the superior video stabilization is a notable upgrade. While the price is significantly higher, the value provided by Redmi Note 13 Pro justifies the increase.
