My Choice
If I were choosing between these two phones, I would choose the OnePlus Nord 3.
Reasoning:
While both phones have their merits, the OnePlus Nord 3 offers a dramatically superior experience in nearly every area that matters to me as a user. The significantly faster performance, better display, vastly improved camera capabilities, faster charging, and more up-to-date software are critical aspects of daily usage. The superior display with AMOLED technology makes media consumption much more enjoyable, and the enhanced camera system will allow for higher-quality photos and videos. The significantly higher performance, thanks to the Dimensity 9000 chipset, ensures that the device will remain smooth and responsive for years to come. The 80W charging also is a huge time saver. The lack of a headphone jack or expandable storage on the OnePlus isn't a deal breaker for me, and the other advantages more than make up for this. The Redmi Note 10 5G is very dated now, and would not hold up well by today's standards, and has a very limited software support. For someone looking for a more modern and well-rounded phone, the OnePlus Nord 3 is the clear winner.
