My Choice

I would choose the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G. My primary use case involves consistent performance, smooth multitasking, and enough battery to last a full day, all things the Redmi excels at. While the Huawei offers faster charging and a more versatile camera system, the performance difference between the two is too substantial to overlook. The Snapdragon 680 in the Huawei is a noticeable step down from the Dimensity 700, and the increased battery life of the Redmi would make day-to-day life much more hassle free. The added bonus of Hi-Res Audio and Gorilla Glass protection are nice to have too. While I value camera versatility, the core photography experience with the main lens is still very good on the Redmi, while the performance benefits will be felt in my daily usage. The slightly slower charging of the Xiaomi is a tradeoff I am willing to make.
