I also value the faster charging capabilities as I often prefer not to wait long to recharge my device. The slightly better main and front camera is also important as I prefer a good quality photo for sharing. The newer OS is also a better bet for future updates.
While I appreciate the extra battery and stereo speakers of the Redmi 9T, the improved display and performance of the OnePlus are more crucial to my daily usage patterns. I am also willing to give up the wide angle camera for the better main camera. The OnePlus offers better overall daily usability.
