My Choice
I would choose the Huawei P60 Pro.
While the Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro has some good features such as Hi-Res audio, a slightly larger battery, and a more convenient fingerprint sensor, the Huawei P60 Pro offers a far superior experience in almost every category. The significant performance boost, much better camera, and superior display make it a clear winner for me. Although it comes at a higher price, the improvements in processing power, screen quality, and camera capabilities, would be well worth the extra cost. For me the additional cost is justified by the overall improvement in user experience and the capabilities it offers in all the key categories. The only potential issue would be the OS, but if I were confident it would not cause any issues, I would definitely go for the P60 Pro.
