Personal Choice
If I were choosing, I would pick the Xiaomi Poco F3.
Here's why:
The Poco F3 offers a much better experience where it matters most to me; the display, processor, and fast charging. As an avid user of my smartphone for social media, general media consumption, and gaming, the 120Hz AMOLED display and the Snapdragon 870 processor are significantly more important to me than having a couple of extra camera lenses I won’t use as often, or a very slightly larger battery. I don't mind the lack of a wide-angle lens too much, but the difference in screen quality and processing power will impact my experience on a day-to-day basis. Also, the much faster charging of the Poco F3 makes it that much more valuable, and the better video capabilities are a nice bonus. While the Galaxy M13 has its benefits, the difference in daily performance experience of the Poco F3 makes it my first choice.
