What I Would Choose and Why
I would choose the Xiaomi Poco F3. While the Motorola Moto G14 is lighter and has a slightly larger battery, the Poco F3's advantages are simply too significant to ignore for me. The dramatically superior performance, combined with a much better screen and much better cameras makes the Poco F3 the clear winner. Although the Motorola G14 has a newer OS and a macro lens, these benefits do not outweigh the significant performance gap.
