4. Decision Framework

Key Questions to Consider:

  1. How important is camera quality to you? (If high-resolution photos and 8K video are essential, the Mi 10T Pro is better.)
  2. How much do you value display quality? (If vibrant colors and deep blacks are a must-have, the Poco F4's AMOLED display is superior.)
  3. Is fast charging a priority? (If you need to quickly top up your battery, the Poco F4 is the better choice.)

Scenario-Based Recommendations:

  • Scenario 1: Travel Photographer: Mi 10T Pro for its high-resolution camera and larger battery to capture stunning landscapes.
  • Scenario 2: Mobile Gamer: Poco F4 for its faster charging and AMOLED display to enjoy immersive gaming sessions.
  • Scenario 3: Everyday User: Poco F4 for its overall balance of features, lighter design, faster charging, and great display.

What I would choose and why!

I would choose the Xiaomi Poco F4. While the Mi 10T Pro has some compelling features like the higher resolution camera and larger battery, the Poco F4 offers a more modern and well-rounded package.

Here's why:

  • Display Quality: The AMOLED display is a significant advantage for me, as I consume a lot of media on my phone. The vibrant colors and deep blacks make a noticeable difference in the viewing experience.
  • Design: The thinner and lighter design of the Poco F4 makes it more comfortable to hold and carry around.
  • Charging Speed: The 67W fast charging is incredibly convenient, allowing me to quickly top up the battery when needed.
  • Performance: The Snapdragon 870 is still a very capable chipset.

While the 108MP camera on the Mi 10T Pro is nice, I don't find myself needing that level of detail very often. The Poco F4's camera is still very good and more than adequate for everyday photography. The larger battery on the Mi 10T Pro is also appealing, but the faster charging on the Poco F4 makes it less of a concern for me.

Overall, the Poco F4 offers a better balance of features and a more modern user experience, making it the better choice for my needs.
