I would choose the Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro 5G. Despite being an older model, the performance difference is massive. The Snapdragon 865 is still a very capable chipset, and the 144Hz display makes a huge difference in everyday use. While the Motorola Moto G14 is newer and lighter, the significantly lower performance and inferior camera would be deal-breakers for me. I value a smooth and responsive experience, and I also enjoy taking high-quality photos, something the Mi 10T Pro excels at.
