I value a smooth experience, and the Apple A18's processing power will ensure this for years to come. The significantly lighter and smaller form factor is also much more convenient for daily use, especially since I prefer using my phone with one hand. The brighter display is very beneficial for me as I spend time outside, even though the S21 Ultra's display is very good. While I would miss the 120Hz display, the overall performance, portability and better ecosystem integration of the iPhone would be more enjoyable for daily use. Although the S21 Ultra offers more versatile charging options, the iPhone's faster wireless charging and improved connectivity with features like Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 are more practical for me. While the S21 has a finger print sensor, I do not consider that a dealbreaker.
While it's older, the S21 Ultra is a still a great phone, but the technology in the iPhone 16 would outweigh the features the S21 Ultra offers for me.
