My Choice
I would choose the Samsung Galaxy A24 4G.
Reasoning:
While the Samsung Galaxy A72 offers a more versatile camera system and superior audio, the A24 4G is a more well-rounded phone for modern users and for the value. The newer processor will offer much smoother performance for daily tasks, and its brighter display, newer Bluetooth version and better GPS are all more important factors for my personal use. The inclusion of the latest software version is very appealing, since I would prefer the latest features and security updates for longer.
The A24 4G's lack of a telephoto lens and the lower resolution of the other cameras are something I would have to live with. However, the improvement in performance and a brighter display is ultimately more valuable to me in the long term, and I can get good enough pictures with the available cameras. While the A72 is a capable phone, it's starting to show its age and the software support for the device will eventually end soon.
