My Choice
If I were choosing between these two phones, I would choose the Samsung Galaxy A52 5G. While the Honor X7 has a larger battery and side mounted fingerprint sensor, the A52 5G offers a superior display (AMOLED, higher resolution and refresh rate), much better performance (due to the more powerful chipset), a substantially better camera system, and also a better software update situation. For me, the display quality, performance, and camera capabilities outweigh the advantages of a slightly larger battery and side mounted fingerprint scanner. While the A52 5G would likely cost more, the improvements in overall user experience would be worth the price for me.
