My Choice
I would choose the Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 4G.
While the Samsung Galaxy A02 is an entry-level phone that may work for the most basic of usage, it cannot compare to the features and performance that the Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 4G provides. The Redmi Note 13 4G offers significant upgrades in practically every category that matters: display quality, performance, camera quality, and overall user experience. Its much faster chipset, smoother display, and significantly higher resolution camera alone make it the obvious winner for me. The faster charging and enhanced connectivity options further seal the deal. Although the A02 has a dedicated macro lens and a slightly wider aperture for selfies, the overall photo quality and video performance offered by the Redmi Note 13 4G is far superior. The superior build quality and included fingerprint sensor are very important for me, and the price-to-value of the Redmi Note 13 4G makes it the better option by far.
