My Choice
If I were to choose, I would pick the Realme GT2 Pro. Here's why:
While the Realme GT 5G is a good value for the price, the GT2 Pro offers a much more future proof experience. The newer Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip and superior display would lead to a more noticeable performance difference. Additionally, the significantly better camera system and video capabilities are key features I need from a phone. The larger battery is also a big plus. While it is slightly heavier, I am willing to trade that for the increase in performance and features. The additional sensor features are also a nice addition.
I value performance and future-proofing over portability, which makes the GT2 Pro a better fit for my needs. I'm also a big fan of OIS, so that's an important feature for me.
