My Choice
If I were choosing between these two phones, I would choose the Realme GT 5G. Even though the Motorola Moto G (2022) has a slightly larger battery and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, the overall experience provided by the Realme GT 5G is vastly superior. The significantly better performance due to the much faster Snapdragon 888 chipset, the significantly sharper and smoother AMOLED 120Hz display, the vastly more capable camera system, and the ridiculously faster charging capabilities make it the obvious choice for me. While battery life is important, the 4500 mAh battery of the GT 5G, paired with the 65W charging, would mean less time spent connected to a charger. In addition, I value a good display, a powerful chipset and a decent camera, which the Realme provides, whereas the Motorola, although cheaper, is lacking in all of those areas. Therefore, for my needs and preferences, the Realme GT 5G offers a better overall package and a better overall experience, and is the obvious choice between these two.
