My Choice
If I were choosing between these two phones, I would choose the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G.
Here's why:
While I appreciate the lighter design of the Oppo Reno5 5G, the performance, display quality and fast charging capabilities of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G are too compelling to ignore. The vastly superior chipset and refresh rate make a significant difference in the overall user experience, and the much brighter display and wider angle camera offer additional value. The faster charging is also a significant advantage for me. While the Oppo’s front camera may be higher resolution, the larger pixels on the Redmi selfie camera may provide better results, especially in low light, which is more relevant for me. Although the Redmi is heavier, I would be willing to compromise on comfort for performance and a better display. Ultimately, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G offers a more well-rounded and future-proof experience for my use cases, making it the better option.
