My Choice
I would choose the Xiaomi Poco F5 Pro.
Reasoning:
While I appreciate the lighter and more compact design of the Oppo Reno5 5G, the performance difference is too significant to ignore. I prioritize a smooth, lag-free experience, especially when it comes to multitasking and gaming. The higher resolution display and higher brightness are also crucial for my use case since I consume a lot of media and often use my phone outdoors. I can also use the superior video recording features of the Poco F5 Pro. The additional features like the wireless charging, newer connectivity and higher capacity battery also push the Poco F5 Pro as the better overall option for my needs, even though it may be a bit more bulky. While the Reno5 5G has some advantages in the camera department it may not be enough to compensate for the significantly worse display, performance and missing features.
