Key Questions for Buyers:

Scenario-Based Recommendations:
- Scenario 1: Tight Budget and Basic Use - If your budget is limited and your needs are basic (calls, texts, casual social media), the Samsung Galaxy A05s is a suitable option that will get you by.
- Scenario 2: Performance and Multimedia Focused - If you value gaming, multitasking, photography, video quality, and multimedia consumption, and are willing to spend more, the Oppo Find X3 Neo is significantly better choice.
- Scenario 3: Balanced User - If you want good performance at a balanced price, neither phone is optimal. You might need to look at other phones with a balanced offering.
- Scenario 4: Camera Focused User - If you are really focused on cameras, the Oppo Find X3 Neo is the better choice with higher quality and more functionality.
What would I choose?
I would choose the Oppo Find X3 Neo. While it's an older phone and likely more expensive, its superior performance, much better display, more versatile camera system, faster charging and higher quality audio offer a significantly better user experience across most use cases. The Snapdragon 865 5G chipset is still very capable, and the AMOLED display, combined with 90Hz refresh rate and high brightness, is a significant advantage. The more advanced camera system, including telephoto and ultrawide lenses and overall better image quality will make a big difference in daily use. While the Samsung A05s has a larger battery and newer OS, those alone do not make it a better phone for me as the performance difference and screen quality is massive. Therefore, the Oppo Find X3 Neo would be my choice due to the superior hardware and features that it provides.
