My Choice
I would personally choose the OnePlus 9. While the Oppo Find X3 Neo offers some unique advantages with its telephoto lens and macro camera, I value the superior processing power of the Snapdragon 888 and the smoother 120Hz display for daily use and gaming. I also value the better all-round camera and video recording capabilities with the high resolution wide angle camera, and 8k video. Additionally, I value the convenience of wireless charging, which is something I use daily. Although the telephoto lens is convenient, I find it less useful than a higher resolution wide angle, and therefore the OnePlus 9 is the device for me.
