My Choice and Explanation

If I were choosing between these two phones, I would personally pick the Oppo Find X3 Neo.

Here’s why:

While I acknowledge that the Motorola Moto G24 is the newer and potentially more affordable device, the vast difference in performance and display quality is too significant to ignore. As a heavy smartphone user who values smooth multitasking, excellent visual experiences and a great camera, the Oppo Find X3 Neo simply offers a far superior experience in key areas.

The AMOLED display on the Oppo is not only much sharper but also much brighter, and with far superior color accuracy that will make using the device a much better experience. Additionally, the significantly better chipset (Snapdragon 865) will provide a much smoother and faster experience whether it's browsing the web, using social media or gaming.

Finally, the camera system on the Oppo is much more versatile and capable with better zoom, and 4K video recording. The extremely fast 65W charging is also a huge plus, meaning less time spent waiting for the phone to charge.

I recognize the Moto G24 has better battery life and it's the newer device, but the compromises it makes in key areas like display and performance are simply too significant for my use case. The Oppo Find X3 Neo may be a bit older and pricier, but its superior display, performance and camera make it a clear choice for someone who values those aspects in their smartphone.
