My Choice
If I had to choose between these two, I would choose the Motorola Edge 30 Pro. Here’s why:
While the Oppo Find X3 Neo has its strengths, especially in display brightness and camera versatility, the Motorola's superior performance with its Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset is a significant advantage for my usage. I often use my phone for more demanding tasks, including mobile gaming and content consumption, and the smoother 144Hz display would enhance that experience.
I also like that the Motorola has wireless charging, which I find quite convenient. The promise of longer software updates is also a plus for ensuring my phone remains secure and up-to-date. Although the lack of a dedicated telephoto lens is a downside for the Motorola, I prefer the ability to record 8k videos as well as the combined wide-angle/macro lens of 50MP, as they would make the most sense for the kind of photos that I would personally be interested in. While I often use my phone outdoors, I do not typically stay outdoors for too long, and therefore the brightness of the Oppo, while a nice advantage, does not outweigh the performance advantage of the Motorola for me.
