I would choose the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11.
While the Oppo A54 5G does have some advantages, the superior AMOLED display with its high brightness of the Redmi Note 11 is the key differentiator for me. Additionally, the faster chipset and confirmed upgrade to Android 13 makes it a much better option overall. The differences in camera performance are not large enough to compensate for the display difference. I also highly value quick charging and better audio performance with stereo speakers, which makes the Redmi Note 11 a more well-rounded device that offers a much better user experience. Although the Oppo has slightly better main camera and more focus features, those are not enough to sway me given the overall advantages of the Redmi Note 11.
