My Choice
I would choose the Xiaomi Poco F6 Pro. While the OnePlus 9R has the advantage of being lighter and having a slightly better wide-angle camera, the Xiaomi Poco F6 Pro is superior in almost every other aspect that matters to me. The vastly superior performance, much better display with higher brightness and sharpness, significantly longer battery life with faster charging, better camera, and the latest software version, make it a better and much more practical choice for the long term. The higher price of the Xiaomi Poco F6 Pro is justifiable given the overall package. As someone who values performance, display quality, and camera capabilities, the Xiaomi Poco F6 Pro easily aligns with my priorities and use cases. The lighter weight of the OnePlus 9R is not a sufficient benefit to offset the shortcomings.
