My Choice
If I were choosing between these two phones, I would pick the OnePlus 9R. Although the Samsung A13 has a bigger battery, the OnePlus 9R offers a far superior user experience in nearly every other category. The AMOLED display with the 120Hz refresh rate makes the phone much more pleasant to use, and the significantly more powerful processor ensures that the phone can handle any task with ease. The fast charging also means I can quickly top up the battery if need be and the enhanced audio experience is also a great advantage for media consumption. While the price may be higher, I believe the enhanced performance, display, cameras, and faster charging make it a worthwhile investment. If the primary concern was budget and only basic functionality was needed, then I would lean towards the Samsung A13; however, for me the OnePlus 9R offers far better value.
