What I would choose and why!
I would choose the OnePlus 9R.
The OnePlus 9R provides a superior overall experience with its significantly better performance, much more vibrant and smoother display, faster charging, more advanced camera capabilities, and better audio features. While the Nokia XR20 has some nice features such as a rugged design, wireless charging, additional sensors and better GPS, these do not outweigh the performance and display benefits of the OnePlus 9R, for my own use case which is focused on performance, multimedia consumption and good photography.
The only reason I would consider the Nokia XR20 would be if my primary usage was in extreme conditions where ruggedness was of paramount importance.
