My Choice
I would choose the OnePlus 9R
The OnePlus 9R offers a significantly better overall experience that is worth the extra cost. The superior display, much higher performance, more capable camera system, faster charging, and better audio features make it a much more enjoyable device to use daily. The difference in performance is massive, and this is something you would notice constantly throughout the phone's life. The Nokia C21 Plus, while cheaper, provides a very basic experience and would not hold up to more demanding tasks and would quickly feel outdated. For me, a fluid and smooth experience is very important, and this makes the 120 Hz display of the OnePlus 9R worth the premium. The enhanced camera capabilities are also a big factor, as it makes the phone a much better all round device.
