Personal Choice
If I were choosing between these two phones, I would choose the OnePlus 9. While the Galaxy A54 is a newer device with a larger battery and some additional camera features, the OnePlus 9's superior performance (chipset, GPU, RAM) and brighter display outweigh those advantages for my specific needs. I play mobile games, use several intensive apps, and often need to work outdoors, which all make the better display and faster processor much more useful. The faster charging is also a major convenience for me. I am also someone who values a good camera, and the bigger sensor on the OnePlus 9, along with the high resolution ultra-wide camera, make the device more compelling for me. I can sacrifice some battery life for faster charging, and I don't usually take too many selfies, or macro photos. The wireless charging, is a nice touch as well.
