My Choice
Personally, I would choose the Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro+. While the OnePlus 9 Pro has a slightly better display and superior video capabilities on paper, the real-world advantages of the Xiaomi are more compelling for my use case. The significantly brighter display, longer battery life, faster charging, and the most recent software are crucial for my daily needs. The added storage option and higher RAM also make the Xiaomi the clear winner. I also don't find myself using the telephoto lens much, making the Xiaomi a better fit for me. While I appreciate the 8k video and telephoto, the trade-offs do not suit my daily usage. The advancements in the Xiaomi are more useful to me than the technical specifications of the OnePlus.
