My Choice
I would choose the OnePlus 9 Pro.
Here's why:
While the Samsung Galaxy A15 5G is newer and has a larger battery and AMOLED screen, the performance difference is too vast to ignore. As a user who prioritizes smooth performance for various tasks including multitasking and gaming, the Snapdragon 888 chipset and 12GB of RAM on the OnePlus 9 Pro are essential. The higher resolution display, much better cameras and faster charging are additional advantages that would greatly enhance my user experience. Additionally, I would personally prefer the more advanced camera capabilities including the telephoto lens and 8k video.
The trade-off of a slightly older OS is acceptable given the major benefits of overall performance and features. Although the A15 has a newer Android version, the performance gap is not acceptable to me.
Ultimately, the OnePlus 9 Pro provides the premium features I am looking for, making it my preferred choice.
