What I would Choose and Why:
Given my preferences, I would choose the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra.
While the OnePlus 9 Pro offers a technically superior camera system and a sharper display, the appeal of the foldable form factor, the newer processor, the brighter and smoother display, and the latest software of the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra are more aligned with what I look for in a daily driver. Additionally, I prefer the portability of the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra for convenience and the improved side-mounted fingerprint sensor for easy access. The updated connectivity features (WiFi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3) are also valuable to me.
The difference in camera quality is less of a priority than the unique user experience provided by the foldable screen. Although the OnePlus 9 Pro camera has a higher Dxomark rating, the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra offers a great camera that will fit my needs in a daily basis. The Razr 40 Ultra is also slightly lighter, which is always welcome for daily carrying. The additional storage available on the Motorola device is a plus. The larger battery and faster charging of the OnePlus are not as crucial for me as the advantages provided by the Razr 40 Ultra in the other categories mentioned above. The better screen protection provided by the Gorilla Glass Victus on the Razr 40 Ultra is also something I would highly appreciate for peace of mind.
In essence, while the OnePlus 9 Pro excels in specific areas, the overall package and the new technology offered by the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra is more compelling for my personal preferences and use cases.
