My Choice
I would choose the OnePlus 9 Pro.
Reasoning:
Despite being an older model, the OnePlus 9 Pro still holds up very well, especially in areas that are important to me. The sheer performance difference is a big factor. The Snapdragon 888 chipset and the Adreno 660 GPU will be much smoother for multitasking, gaming, and more demanding apps. The high resolution and brightness of the display also mean a much more enjoyable viewing experience. While the Moto G has a larger battery and a newer operating system, the drop in all other areas makes it a less appealing option. Additionally, the camera quality of the OnePlus 9 Pro is much better and is one of my favorite features in a phone.
While the Moto G would be great for users who want a cheap, decent phone for daily use, I prefer a phone that can handle more intensive tasks and provide a better visual experience. The OnePlus 9 Pro delivers that in spades.
