While the Samsung Galaxy A03s has a newer OS and dual SIM support, these are not as important as the overall performance and user experience provided by the Motorola One 5G Ace. The Motorola also has better features that I prefer such as better audio due to the dual microphones, improved connectivity features, and the addition of Gyroscope and Compass sensors.
