If I had to choose between these two phones, I would choose the ZTE nubia Red Magic 9 Pro. While it is likely to be significantly more expensive, the performance jump is simply too vast to ignore for my use case. The superior display, performance, camera, battery life and overall feature set make it a much more compelling option, and the dual SIM functionality and wide GPS coverage is very helpful for me when travelling. The only downside is the heavier weight, but for the overall package it is well worth the trade off for me. The Motorola Moto G Power is an adequate device, but the Red Magic is simply in a different league entirely, and more in line with my needs and usage patterns.
